How is Vipers managed and governed?

Vipers is directed and managed by an all-volunteer, non-paid, governing body of parents. This governance ensures that we carry out the commitments to our players, their families, and our community and protect the Vipers Baseball brand. 

The governing body's general membership consists of the current & past parents from various Vipers teams. Their goals are to:

• Inform our organizational framework, approach, and strategy

• Help to carry out our core values

• Protect the player experience

• Provide feedback on family commitments

• Maintain and operate the indoor facility.

In addition to leading the implementation of the above-stated goals, the Board Executive Committee will: 

• Decide the strategic direction for the club

• Approve the use of the Vipers brand, including new team charters

• Advise upon and provide final guidance for Manager appointments
