** Each tournament has different costs depending on the organization. I would estimate anywhere from $50 at a low, to $75 on a high per tournament. Local tournaments usually are more expensive because our area charges a lot for rental of fields compared to say Manteca or Rippon.**

Breakdown & Explanation of Costs.

Bank Fees - Monthly Fees we pay to bank to manage our account. Checks, stamps and so forth from this.

Vipers Team Snap Fee - Each team we pay a monthly fee per team to use the RSVP feature and scheduling.

Vipers C-Flap - This is the face plastic guard on the helmets.

Vipers Helmet Sticker - This is the Vipers V and player number stickers that go on the helmet.

Vipers Hat - Each kid gets a new Vipers hat per season.

Vipers Jersey - This is the original black Vipers jersey. We wear these on Saturdays.

Vipers Helmet - This is the Boombah Red and Black Vipers helmet.

Insurance with USSSA - Each team must carry insurance for the tournament organization they play in. USSSA is what we play in most.

Insurance with NCS-All World - This is tournament insurance when we play in NCS or All World Tournaments.

Team Registration Fee USSSA - Each team when you play in USSSA must register the team with their system.

Team Registration Fee NCS-All World. - Each team when you play in NCS or All World, you must pay the associated team registration costs.

Practice Field & Facility Fees - These are fees we pay the city or other organizations to use their fields. As well as minimal costs to help maintain Vipers Facility. (More costs are forthcoming on this, but this is our initial fees we owe)

Non Profit Fees + Accounting - This is the fee we pay to our accountant to run the non profit, and file our year end taxes.

Farmers Insurance Liability Insurance - This is a club insurance for our players to protect them where we practice and play games.

Vipers Red Jersey - This is our new Sunday Jersey we will wear. Its a red with Pinstripe jersey.
