Instructions for Trainers to rent out a cage at the Vipers Batting cages. Costs are $15 for per hour.

To Reserve a cage, follow the 2 steps below.

Step 1.

At the item count of checkout, enter the number of cage times you would like to purchase.

Fill out the checkout information and make sure to enter in your cell phone number.

At the end, hit Pay in blue.

Step 2.

ON A PC OR LAPTOP. (NOT A CELL PHONE FOR STEP 2)

Follow this link to reserve a batting cage: Appointments | Vipers Baseball, Inc

At the checkout page, it will ask for a cell phone number. Enter in your number you used in Step 1 and select “Request Code”. “Do not sign in as Guest.”

Once you do this, the system will credit you the discount and you should pay nothing at checkout for the batting cage. The discount is tied to your phone number.

Again, do not pay for a slot at Step 2. All money transactions should occur in Step 1 only.

Once you pay for the slot, the lockbox code for the batting cages will be texted to your phone number 1 hour before the cage reservation.
